Welcome back to the show! Have you ever wondered what you’re supposed to be tracking during a launch OR maybe you’re tracking, however you don’t really know what to do with all the information in order to optimize and scale your next launch? As always I got your back! Today is all about your launch debrief! Grab a pen and paper because you’re going to want to take notes on this one.
“I highly recommend that you detach the emotion from the outcome…” We’re talking all things factual data, the top goals you should go for.
“I always recommend having two different funnels or possibly multiple funnels…” At 4:00, hear what you should be tracking before the launch includings leads, ad spend, landing page and sales conversions.
“This is the time to gather data for content, for the course, for your messaging…” At minute 8:10, let’s talk about the details you should be tracking depending on what your offer is. Let’s break this down by the most common offer during a launch.
“You want the people that want to hang out with you and learn from you…” At 12:30, it’s time to talk about what to do after a launch! This is where it all comes together. The areas of the launch you should be debriefing are the runway (before the launch), organic, ads, funnel, email, and sales.
I hope this helps you see how tracking every detail will allow you to see where the gaps are and wherever you’re falling short of the benchmark, you’ll know exactly where to tweak so you can move prospects further along in your funnel!
Cheers to your next launch debrief. Until next time! Happy Marketing!
