Today I’m joined by my Virtual Assistant, Nicole Murphy! Nicole is a single mom and full-time Virtual Entrepreneur. Most recently adding Virtual Assistant Service to her business repertoire. She has 25 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, most recently supervising and overseeing daily operations at an inner-city children’s emergency department, and several years with social media, marketing software, and on-line commerce, etc. Combining these experiences allows her to provide stellar support and management services to on-line business owners.
She is a Jill-of-All Trades and has a passion for making sure the ship sails and helping others succeed.
“You can virtually do anything…” At minute 1:25, Nicole tells about herself, her journey and what led her to being a VA. I’m asking Nicole how she really feels about us working together and hear how I did with letting go of certain things in my business in order to let her do her thing.
“I want that client to focus on their zone of genius…” At minute 12:05, Nicole talks us through what she looks for when taking on a new client. We dive into a few of the tasks Nicole started with because these initial things allowed me to start building momentum in my productivity and increase of income. Plus, hear if Nicole had any struggles to overcome along the way while creating systems.
“That’s what you need to have more creativity, to be more productive…” At 20:25, Nicole and I talk about her making sure I stay accountable and how having someone to talk to so we don’t totally feel like a solopreneur is so important! Hear why Nicole stepped up to take on the additional role of being my social media manager.
“I have that experience in my previous role of holding people accountable…” At minute 28:25, we talk about two of Nicole’s tasks that brought me to 2x my productivity and income and the one task I know is going to 10X my income.
“It might sting at first. But it’s coming from a good place…” At 35:55, Nicole tells me if she saw anything in me that I didn’t see in myself. We end the show with Michelle’s Hot Minute, a round of Rapid Fire Questions!
